Last year the small but perfectly formed Team Alf raised over £2000 for Cancer Research. This year we hope to return with more members and raise some more much needed cash.So far I'm going to be joined by my lovely workmates Adele and Sharon ( the boss lady) and my  equally lovely neighbour Genia. There's still time to join us if you fancy a run , walk or stagger through a lovely park . 

Alfie is doing well and his last scan showed that his tumour has not grown and is still stable. He will be there cheering us on ( and eating ice cream!)
