Some of you may remember that 2 years ago, the "3 generations" of Bramall/ Bletcher girls ran the Race for Life.  We did very well with Maddy leading the way and Mum and I dragging behind.  We'd expected some walking but Maddy had other ideas and we finished it in 37 minutes!  This year we have Sasha joining us and she is even more nutty than Maddy so Mum and I had better get into training!

We are running in memory of our friend Shelley who tragically lost her life, at the tender age of 27, to cervical cancer just over two years ago.  We are also running in aid of everybody who is battling this awful disease or in memory of those who have sadly lost their fight.  Cancer seems to affect so many people it would be incredible if a cure could be found.
