I'm doing it again!

Yes, that's right - I'm begging you all for just a little bit of your cash to justify my staggering around a 5K course in a pathetically poor time in aid of a very good cause.

The cause is obviously a very good reason to dig deep, but I am also doing the race to motivate myself into getting out there and running more often. Running really isn't the evil, terrible thing I've thought it was for more than 20 years, though it's still bloody hard! I'm determined to run most of the course this year, and better my time, as a) I will be training more, and b) I'm doing this on my own, at my own pace.
