Once again I will be running the 5k Race For Life alongside my Sister Joanna and my Daughter Emily.

This is something so important to all three of us having lost our Uncle, John MacDonnell to pancreatic cancer in August 2008 aged just 52. Some of his treatment was paid for directly by Cancer Research so we know the money raised all goes straight to where it is needed.

We are also running in memory of my friend Peter Gordeno who lost his long battle with cancer in October 2008.
