We are running the Race for Life for the second year in a row and in true SLKSS style we are touring the south coast. Last year Chichester, this year Porstmouth!

Last year was a success and I think we surprised everyone at how well we ran. We are putting in our training again and want to improve on our personal times from last year. Ipod arm bands have been bought, 2009 dates are being put on shirts and we are taking this seriously!
