Well, the three generations (that's me Sue Ferguson, my daughter Sarah Faulkner and my gorgeous 5 year old grand-daughter Sally Faulkner) completed the Race for Life 5km event at York Racecourse on 19th June! We walked the course in 1 hour 2 minutes and 48.5 seconds - not bad for a 5yr olds little legs. Sally was a star :).

We did it in memory of Chriss Brown, a wonderful and much missed Mum, Grandma and Great Grandma who sadly died of bowel cancer last August. We're raising money for Cancer Research UK because we want to help other people to survive cancer and so other families to have their Mum/Grandma/Greatgrandmas/loved ones in their lives for longer.

We'd like to say a big 'thank you' to all those who have sponsored us so far - we are nearly at our target
