Once again I am taking part in Race for Life in Cardiff on Sunday June 1st 2008.  This shall be my third year taking part and it is such an honor to be surrounded by thousands of woman who are all taking part for the same reason.  I shall be running in memory of my Grandfather and friends whom I have loved and lost.  So please dig deep and sponsor me online!
