This is the 5th year that we have participated in the Race For Life in aid of Cancer Research in memory of our Dad Roy Caward.

A huge achievement this year as Stacy beat her personal best by 5 minutes completing 5k in 27 minutes, Marie beat her personal best by 2 minutes completing 5k in 32 minutes, Donna beat last years time and Katy took part for the first time both completing the 5k in 47 minutes.

As many of you know, Dad was taken from us very quickly and didn't get the chance to do many things that he would have loved to do in the short time he was with us after diagnosis. Dad was always the joker, full of life and loved getting out and about doing things - cancer ruined this for all of us. Please sponsor us to allow cancer sufferers and their families the opportunity to fight this cruel disease.
