Cancer, we're coming to get you!

Hi everyone, alot of people already know my story but for those who don't I was diagnosed with breast cancer last year, infact a year on after chemo and surgery I will be running 10k race for life with some amazing friends who have given me amazing support. Its been a long old journey and I still have radiotherapy to go but there is light at the end of the tunnel. I've also been diagnosed with a faulty BRCA 1 gene which is the cause of my cancer and which I have potentially passed on to my children. Cancer research can develop treatments or even a cure which will help them and many others in the future.

We obviously won't be adorning your usual running gear, pink tutus and viking helmets will be the order of the day. Anyone else wanting to come and join us is more than welcome.
