Hi Everyone.....

Together over the last ten years Sadie and I have completed quite a few Race for life events... However this year is very special to both of us. My dad "Ken" passed away 10 years ago this year and to mark this special anniversary,  I will of couse be running in memory of him.

 Also Unfortunately Sadie's Mum Janet has developed Cancer and is Fighting it as we speak. Together we unite in both remembering My dad Ken But most of all fighting for Janet. We would ask you to dig deep and help... We know together we can make a difference.
