Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. Marion's grandson, Stephen, was born profoundly deaf but benefited from cochlear implants. 

The Ear Foundation, having brought cochlear implants for children to the UK in 1989, now provide essential services which bridge the gap between the clinics where these implants are fitted and the local community where they are used in everyday life. This support is essential to ensure that the technology is used effectively to improve the quality of life for people like my nephew Stephen.
