RLS Staff Team's RLS Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge

RLS Staff Team Yorkshire 3 Peaks is raising money for The Royal Latin School

RLS Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge · 10 July 2021

The Royal Latin School took on the epic Yorkshire 3 Peaks Challenge to raise money for the School's new Sports Campus project. We climbed the summits of Pen-y-Ghent (694m/2,276 ft), Whernside (736m/2,415 ft) and Ingleborough (723m/2,372 ft).

Story

We are Miss Payne, Miss Woodham, Mr Gould, Mrs Bowers, Mr Henry and Ms Kitson - a beautiful and talented mix of sports, arts, humanities, languages and finance staff at the Royal Latin School. We're also always up for a laugh and a challenge! So we thought "why not?"

We are taking on the gruelling Yorkshire 3 Peaks Challenge on 10th July to help raise funds for the RLS Sports Campus Urgent Appeal. It's going to be an incredible feeling know we've achieved this, and raised really valuable funds for the Sports Campus so it can open fully this September!

We'll walk 25 miles up and across the 3 major peaks of Yorkshire in 12 hours. It's going to be tough, but we're training hard, and determined.

If you're able to support what we're doing by sponsoring us, we would be really grateful. Thank you!
