After months of talking about it (years in Craig's case) Craig & Steve have entered a Triathlon.  We finally decided to bite the bullet and enter the Chichester Triathlon on 22nd July (0700 ... on a sunday for goodness sake!)

We will be putting our finely honed, adonis like bodies (well clearly they will be by then..! ) through .......

  600 metres of swimming
  42 km of cycling through the hilly South Downs and
  10 km of running
                               ........... all in the aid of charity.

You may know that Craig is now on the lifeboat crew down in Selsey, so it won't surprise you that our chosen charity is the RNLI.  We are sure we don't need to tell any of you what this charity is all about, and anyway, their words will be far more eloquent than ours so please take a moment to visit the RNLI site, and after that why not take a look at what the Selsey boats (some website problems so this link may not work at times) have been up to recently.
