I am a goal driven hard working guy who loves to pit himself against all the hardiest test when it comes to endurence and physical fitness. Since entering my first competative race in august last year a 16 mile fell race I have since completed 3 10 ks, 2 half marathons, a 50 mile run on a treadmill for cancer research and most recently tough guy sub zero, I have fallen in love with testing how far I can push myself whilst competing. 

 I believe IRON MAN UK is the ultimate test of physical and mental endurence this is why I have decide to enter and train like I have never trained before. I am going for a sub 12 hour finish which I beleive is acheivable even though Im a terrible swimmer and the only bike ive ever owned is a mountain bike.
