I am raising funds for a little known organisation which is providing support for my family and others affected by rare types of dementia and those caring for them.  

Dementia doesn't just concern the person affected but their whole family.  Having the right support to meet others and share experiences makes a huge difference.

The Rare Dementia Support Fund provides a number of these groups giving information and support to people with rare forms of dementia, their families, friends and healthcare professionals.
