We rescue abandoned and neglected animals to care for them and find them new homes

Story

On the 26th June, myself and my mate Lynz, are taking our dog walking to a whole new level (although we're not taking the dogs!). We will be taking on Wales’s highest mountain – Mount Snowdon, in an effort to raise much needed funds Thornberry Animal Sanctuary. This will be a challenge for us as we have avoided hills on our dog walks, so wish us luck and donate if you can. We adopted our gorgeous dog - Henry - from there and it’s time for me to help more animals find their forever home.

About the charity

Thornberry Animal Sanctuary is an independent charity established in 1988. We rescue abandoned and neglected animals across South & West Yorks, NE Derbyshire & North Notts. We rehome hundreds of dogs, cats, rabbits and horses annually, and rely solely on donations and fundraising to continue.
