Sadly Mum passed away on the 8th June. She had been suffering from Dementia for many years.

When she was diagnosed, we were supported by Bristol Dementia Wellbeing Team. They were totally incredible making our lives just a little easier. Nothing was too much trouble, they were always at the end of the phone.  With their help and advice we were able to care for Mum at home.

They provide such amazing support to so many familes in the Bristol and surrounding areas. So we would like to donate any money we receive in Mum’s memory directly to the Bristol team.
