I am hoping to raise £500 for Mayfield Nurseries by being silent for 24 hours!

I have worked at Mayfield Nurseries for 18 years and I am lucky enough to see first hand how this charity transforms the lives of people with mental health issues and dementia, enabling them to join a supportive community to improve their mental health and reduce social isolation- which is why I'm putting your money where my mouth is and am going to keep perfectly silent for a full 24 hours!!

If anyone knows me, I am the most talkative person  you will meet- I know my work colleagues think so! This is going to be the biggest challenge I've done to date and believe me I've done marathons, dog walks and climbed hills for this charity!!

Please sponsor me to do what's almost impossible! The more money I get the ,more I have to keep to my promise and not talk and the more money this amazing charity receives.
