I recently ran the Bristol 10k for the very worthy 'Wallace and  Gromit Grand Appeal' - The Grand Appeal is raising over £3.5 million to provide state of the art equipment, family facilities and child-friendly artwork to provide the best possible facilities to help save the lives of babies and children from Bristol and around the South West and South Wales.
