It is almost 10 years since my last sponsored event: it's not something I take on lightly, so I'm grateful for you giving me your time.

This event combines a number of my passions: self-development and the magic of nature.

The Blossom Charity is a small, rural-based charity that helps people to live their best lives. Having  launched in 2013, they have supported over 1000 people going through personal difficulties or those facing hardship for many reasons, including health, or financial challenges. I have observed their life changing programmes firsthand.

The Mill2Mill swim is not competitive. It aims to get children used to, and enjoying, swimming outdoors, to improve their safety in and around water and to encourage them to be lifelong lovers of nature and the outdoors. 

Two hundred years ago, John Constable painted this area. The finish "Mill" is at Flatford, his famous 'Haywain' location. There is something grounding about the fact that, but for a couple of more overgrown trees, the site of his painting remains exactly the same. 

For all the change in the world, nature and making the best of what we've got, feel the right things to get behind.
