‘Follow Your Dreams’ is a Charity that raises awareness and helps young people with learning disabilities to realise their full potential within Sport, Art, Music, Drama and ICT. We also offer help and support to improve Confidence, Personal Development and Self Esteem, preparing youngsters for independent living and employment.

The charity sky dive will take place on Sunday 26th April and I will be taking part myself
