Donations to Fisher House in memory of Owain

Rachel Rogers is raising money for Fisher House
In memory of Owain Rogers
Fisher House is a home away from home for military patients and their families at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham, where the UK's military patients are treated.

Story

Fisher House is an armed force charity run house in the grounds of Queen Elizabeth hospital, Birmingham. It provides accommodation and support to armed forces families with a loved one in the QE hospital. Owain spent seven weeks in hospital in Birmingham and during that time Sally, Jeff and I were able to stay at Fisher House. It provided a comfortable, supportive and welcoming place to stay just 15 minutes walk from Owain's bedside. It was invaluable to us in that period and enabled us to spend as much time as possible with Owain.

During Owain's treatment, he also received over 50 units of blood. If you are able, please also consider donating a unit of blood in his memory.
