Last year on the 19th July I completed the physically demanding 1mile open water swim at the Salford Quays in 38minutes. With the help of all my lovely friends and family i was able to raise over £150 through Just Giving and in cash to help support the wonderful work of 'The Christie'.

The time has come again for me to take the plunge into the grueling  waters of the Salford Quays and complete another mile of the Great Manchester Swim in aid of 'The Christie' and to challenge myself to beat my time last year. I understand that times are hard at the moment but if you wonderful people could please just sponsor a couple of pounds it would be greatly appreciated.
