Story

My son, James, has Autism and ADHD.  This run is for a local charity that has given our family so much support over the years.  It is a small charity and we have struggled especially in the last few years to get funding from anywhere.  If I could raise a few hundred pounds it would really make a difference.

It is also where I work as a "Family Support Worker".

I used to run a lot and have done 5k events before, but this is twice as far and I am out of practice.... So please donate to motivate me in my training, otherwise it will just be a long walk.

About the charity

Centre for ADHD & Autism Support (CAAS) supports, educates and empowers ADHD/autistic individuals, their families, and the community. Through raising awareness we change perceptions, break down barriers, and create more inclusive communities. We offer over 40 different services across NW London.
