We ensure early, accurate diagnoses of CdLS to understand CdLS and help those with it

Story

The Foundation has quite literally been a life saver!  Firstly, we are hugely indebted to the specialist Doctors and researchers for their continued advice and support.  They give hours of their time to CdLS families across the UK and Ireland. Here's a little taster of what some of them do: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cK16tSB113E#t=24

Secondly, the CdLS Foundation organises family conferences which provide families and carers with the opportunities to share their stories, learn vital information about new research, underlying medical conditions which are forever changing and crucially one-to-one consultations with the specialists. These weekends are invaluable to CdLS families and for those 2 days we feel "safe and normal".

So... I am running this, my first marathon, in my 40th year, in order that more families can feel "normal".

Ed & Ollie's Primary school has raised the first £1000. In light of this, I have revised the target to reflect the mileage!
