For some silly reason we have signed up for the Plymouth Half Marathon. Lee has done it before and assured Rachel that " if you can do a 10 miler then 13 miles isnt' much worse". We have 10 weeks to get ourselves into shape and up to speed, wish us luck!

The Children's Hospice South West is a great charity helping hundreds of families with life-limited children. Little Harbour has been built in our home town and it seems fitting to raise money for something so close to home. We both have young children and can appreciate just how important the work is that they do. Rachel has also seen just how valuable The Children's Hospice South West is to many families she has encountered whilst working as a Paediatric Pharmacist in Bristol and North Devon.

We would be so grateful if you could spare any amount to help motivate us and support a great charity at the same time.
