Greater Manchester Youth Network is a charity that works aimlessly throughout Manchester to improve the lives of many disadvantaged young  people. They deliver bespoke projects that others can't and support young people often facing significant barriers in society. 

These young people are often socially excluded, lack confidence and aspiration or have no support elsewhere. This includes supporting  young people with disabilities, Young people who are in or have left Care, homeless young people, and many young people who are vulnerable for a variety of reasons. GMYN help to broaden their horizons, gain confidence, feel that someone cares about their wellbeing and future and gain a real sense of achievement.  

Demand for these services (as you can imagine in todays society) is increasing and GYMN relies on funding and much needed support to do the work they do. 

So here's our ask! After having worked alongside this amazing charity, I can first-hand tell you they deserve and need all the support they can get and I've seen many young people's lives turned around through work with their many hardworking volunteers. 

Please dig deep and spare some change no matter how much for Gina and I who will be power walking (and often running) (and often questioning whether we're about to die) a massive 10k in the Greater Manchester Run 2017 on 28th May 2017. 

Feel free to come see me and throw things at me/ about insults/cheer us on/ be my emergency contact when I fall
