I am running the ASICS British 10K Run for Nightingale on Sunday 10th July. Nightingale is a care home for older Jewish people based near Wandsworth Common in South London. The home provides care for 200 frail and elderly residents in a warm and loving environment regardless of any deterioration which may occur in their physical or mental health. It guarantees a "home for life".
