Charity Walk For Peace 2019 MK · 30 June 2019 ·

This year we shall be holding our flagship event at Milton Keynes, in association with MK Dons Football Club and the MK Dons SET Charity, on 30th June 2019 and would welcome you to come and join us to help serve humanity.

Story

Raja Shuja ur Rehman(30), my younger brother was not only my dearest friend but was also a great humanitarian. He was one of very few people who understand the purpose of life: to make this world a better place for everyone.
In July 2017, Shuja lost his life in a boat capsizing incident while he was taking part in a Charity competition organised by Red Cross. His pictures from the event radiates happiness and joy that he felt in supporting the notion of serving the humanity.
He was always at forefront to offer a helping hand and took part in many charity and disaster relief events. He also volunteered himself for the service of humanity in Azad Kashmir when an earthquake of 7.6 magnitude shook the area on 8th of October 2005 taking the life of almost 86 thousands people.
This charity is a humble effort to achieve the goals and to continue the work of Shuja. It's also an attempt to set a memorial of his selfless, loveable and noble being for his dearest kids , Tauseef (9) and Amina (8).
Through his last effort in a Unjversity in Kaiserslautern,Germany promiting red cross event, Shuja was trying to row the boat of mankind out of the restless waters of sufferings towards the shore of compassion.
He was known by the name of "Sher Khan", a Lion, among his near and dear ones. Thus this charity is an attempt to make everyone listen to his roar which was not an ordinary roar rather it was a call for equality, a voice for love and a light of affection
Donate and be part of this charity to keep his lamp of devotion and kindness burning. Help us to make this light, a light for everyone and a guiding post for his children.
