On June 9th I will be taking part in the Saracens Cycle for Change event to raise money for a charity that encourages younge people and adults of all abilities and ages to take part in sport and physical activity.

Their programmes aim to increase the participation of young people and adults in sport; offer pathways into education and employability; inspire and challenge younge people and adults to lead active,healthy and rewarding lifestyles and break down barriers for specific excluded groups to participate in sport
