Story
We need your help to make Ranscombe Farm Reserve a better place for our visitors. We aim to raise £450 in the next few weeks, so we can purchase a good quality litter bins to keep the reserve litter free. It’s just a small amount of money, but it will make a big difference by helping to keep a wonderful piece of countryside clean and safe.
Ranscombe Farm Reserve is Plantlife's flagship nature reserve. It's a place where people can experience and enjoy some fantastic plants and a stunning landscape, on 600 acres of countryside in the heart of built-up North Kent.
But Ranscombe Farm Reserve is more than this. As a working farm, it is a place where we can demonstrate how nature conservation and food production can go hand-in-hand. And as an urban-fringe site, it provides outstanding opportunities for schools, families and local communities to learn, train, volunteer and just spend time in an exceptional wildlife landscape.
Plantlife is working hard with its partner, Medway Council, to protect and improve this exceptional place. With your help, we can continue to make a difference for the people and the wildlife of North Kent.
