Ray and Brian were touched by the death of Rebecca Holmes, a local lady who died last October, leaving a husband and young family. We have decided to do something in her memory to try and help others.

Ray, director of Citroemech Ltd and Brian owner of Ackroyd Autos are going to take part in one of the toughest marathons in the world, the Great Wall of China marathon. This is a 26 mile marathon along the wall with all it's uneven surfaces and steep steps. They will be taking part in this marathon in May 2015 and hoped to raise as much money for this wonderful charity as possible.

 Ray and his team at Citroemech Ltd will also be holding fund raising days at the workshop on a couple of Saturdays during the year were all the proceeds will go to the charity. They will be carrying out MoT tests in return for a donation and will also have burgers/hot dogs and cakes with hot drinks available. Again, every penny raised from these days will be donated.
