As most of you are aware, I am running in memory of my brother Matthew Box, who sadly committed suicide 3 years ago.  Mind is the leading mental health charity & 1 in 4 people will suffer mental illness at some point in their lives.  Matthew was a regular runner of the London Marathon and this seems a fitting tribute to his life.
