Adam & I will be running/ jogging or walking 5k every day for the month of April to raise money for Action MS. 

Action MS is a charity close to our heart and a locally based organisation we hope to raise as much as possible to help fund more research and development within Northern Ireland and we hope that whatever we raise will make a tangible difference to the work of Action MS. 

All donations will go directly to the charity and will be hugely appreciated. Thank you
