I am doing this to raise support for an amazing charity supporting premature babies.

My Great niece is currently in Portsmouth having been born at 23 weeks 

17 weeks early she has had a heart operation and is still going strong she is 4 weeks into her long journey and her Mum Katie and Dad Marcus are being amazingly strong in this tough time and this is my way of letting them know they are in my thoughts
