On the 26th September I will be swimming 1 mile in Salford Quays. This is to raise money for a charity called Martin House Hospice.

Martin House Hospice care for children and young people with progressive, life limiting illnesses. It gives these children somewhere peaceful to go to with their families and receive support.

Its a great cause and I hope you can donate what you can.

1 mile is equivalent to 64 lengths in a 25m pool!! Plus is going to be pretty chilly in September!
