Our group Fit Friends have been asked to run the Cardiff Half Marathon for Bloodwise as someone local to Tenby is currently undergoing treatment for Blood Cancer.  This charity holds a big significance to my family as my Pappy Lewis (my Mum's much loved father) died of this horrible disease when I was only 11 years old. 

I am running this race in his memory, and to raise funds for this amazing charity to continue their valuable research.

We have each committed to raising £150 as individuals and this is a figure that we must reach or cover the shortfall.  I hope that you will all be kind enough to spare a few pennies!  Any amount would be most welcome.
