Recently, a close family member of mine was diagnosed with heart failure. It was a huge shock for us however, thanks to the amazing doctors, they are finally on the mend and the future looks bright! I want to raise money for The British Heart Foundation because of the amazing job they do. They educate us on how to be healthy and stay healthy. I have been on a weight loss journey of my own for quite some time and this was the push I needed!  Wish me luck ... Eek
