Following on from everyone's incredible generosity in remembering our darling Emelia on her 1st birthday, our wonderful family and friends are continuing to raise money in Emelia's memory this coming Sunday (23/9/18) for the Lily Mae Foundation by pounding the streets of Balsall Common in the annual Fun Run.   #TeamEmelia  #GoJackie, #GoPhil, #GoCharlotte #GoBen

In just a few weeks on April 11^th it will have been a year since we said our goodbyes to our darling daughter Emelia.  I have absolutely no idea where that time has gone.  A year!  It’s unfathomable to me that this time has passed. 

In celebration of her short life, we would like to remember her on her birthday, and have chosen to raise money in order to donate memory boxes in her name. 

When you lose a baby, you don’t have any time to make memories; the memories that you have are frozen in time. They are the memories that you make in those few moments, those few hours that you have with your baby.  Thanks to the Lily Mae Foundation we were able to capture some of those moments including her hand and foot prints.  Not a day goes by that I don’t look at them – and although my heart aches, and my eyes cry, I also smile.  I smile, because my heart is so full of love for her, and I count every one of my blessings for that short time she was able to spend with us. 

For any donation, however small, we will take untold joy in the fact that you have taken a moment out of your day to remember our beautiful Emelia.  Thank you.
