Well..its that time of the year again and my training for the British Airways Fun Run paid off.

On Thursday 5th July 2012 myself and my team at work ran 5KM around Waterside, London Heathrow Airport in aid of Flying Start and Cancer Research UK.

It is particularly close to my heart this year as a close friend of my family is currently fighting terminal cancer as well as a couple of my team's family members that we intended to put on a united front, make a difference and show how much we care.

Last year I raised just over £150 in doing so, that this year my target was to beat that and aim for £200. I am now upto £300 that I want to double that target and reach at least £400!

As you all know running is not my favourite past time so please support my little legs in doing so as we all ran well under 31 minutes!
