For the last 18 months I've worked as a Trustee for Headway Bristol.  It's a fantastic charity that provides support for not only survivors of brain injuries, but their families as well.

I've seen first hand the impact this has on the service users - with the incredible staff working to help survivors live as independently as possible.  The highlight of those 18 months for me was hearing the stories of some of these service users and hearing first hand of the impact that Headway staff have had on their lives.

But to keep delivering these services, Headway needs to continue to raise funds each year.  I've seen what a difference this money makes and so thought I'd do my bit to help.

Any support you can give - no matter how big or small - would be greatly appreciated (and gives me some extra motivation to make it around the course).
