Story

Reg (Reggie) Loretto had an outgoing and sunny nature, a positive outlook on life lifting everyone's spirit's with his laughter and cheer.

To him family was paramount; as a husband, connecting with his brothers, or making sure that no matter how far his sons traveled apart they remained a close, connected family. His life was filled with moments of love, friendship, humour, and a sense of adventure.

It is unfortunate that due to Covid-19 only immediate family members are permitted to attend the funeral. However the family will organise a memorial event later in the year.

Glasgow University pioneering research and treatment gave Reg eight pain free and active months with family and friends.  He asked for no flowers; wishing for contributions to go to Cancer Research.
