I'll be taking part in a 7.5 mile charity walk (the "Big Fun Walk") from East Finchley to Westminster) on Sunday 10 April in memory of my friend and sister-in-law Tonja, who passed away in 2008.

Funds raised will go to the North London Hospice ("NLH").

NLH is a charity that looks after people who suffer from life limiting illnesses and provides specialist care and advice on relief of symptoms such as pain and breathing difficulties, as well as support to family; friends and carers to ensure they have the help they need to cope with any problems arising from the illness and to rebuild their lives afterwards.
