Third time's a charm! For the third year in a row I am cycling from our Unilever office in Leatherhead to Gilwern in Wales in 2 (hopefully sunny and dry) days to raise money for Get A-Head, an independent cancer charity supporting those with head and neck diseases and cancer.

so no excuses!
