Update

Today ( 20th April) is 3 years since our Neil ( My Uncle)  was taken from us. The sun was shining for him so I was inspired to run for him  and did 5 miles in 48 minutes          ( pretty happy with that running against the wind and after an hours aerobics this morning!) 

We never got to have the celebration of his life that he truly deserved due to covid . 

He was an inspiration to so many people including many in the world of sport so  I thought today I would open my page again if anyone would like to donate to this charity that he was a patron of.

I am running the Virtual Great North Run this Sunday in memory of my Uncle Neil who was taken from us so suddenly in April this year.

Neil loved the sport of athletics and dedicated his life to supporting athletes.

On this weekend he would come up for the Great North Run.

Unlike my Uncle, I’m not what you would call a runner ( apart from a 20 minute or 30 if I’m lucky, daily treadmill run) so wish me luck!

If anyone would like to sponsor me I am running for the MS Relief and Research Fund because my Uncle was a patron of this charity since 2015.
