SANDS Lothians provide invaluable support to bereaved parents experiencing their worst nightmare - the death of a baby before, during, or shortly after birth.

My son Ramsay tragically died at birth due to an undiaganosed condition called Vasa Praevia on the 12th February 2015.  Had this condition been picked up during routine scans, then my gorgeous boy would be here, alive, healthy and in my arms.  SANDS Lothians have been providing me and my husband Anthony with invaluable initial and ongoing support ever since this tragedy happened.  Raising money for this amazing charity ensures they can continue supporting bereaved parents who are facing their worst nightmare.  They have helped put back together some of the shattered pieces of our hearts.  Funds raised help the charity continue providing vital counselling and support to bereaved parents.
