We‘re the world‘s leading cancer charity dedicated to saving and improving lives through research. We fund research into the prevention, detection and treatment of more than 200 types of cancer through the work of over 4,000 scientists, doctors and nurses.

Story

We are doing this in honour of our dear friend Sue who we all miss greatly. The amazing support from Sue's family and friends prompted us to do it in her memory again this year. It is a chance for us to reflect on all that has happened and how proud she would be of her amazing girls Kate and Lottie who are blossoming and continue to delight.

Sue fought a very tough battle against her illness and remained positive throughout, she continues to be an inspiration to us.  We hope you agree that this is a good way of bringing us all together in her memory.

She would have been so pleased that Kate and Lottie completed the course last year with the support of their daddy Graham and of course fuelled by Haribos along the way.

Events like this are vital in funding Cancer Research UK's life-saving work into preventing, diagnosing and treating cancer. By sponsoring us, we can unite and create an army that cancer can't ignore. By sponsoring us, we will beat cancer sooner.
