In challenging times so many animals come into the care of horse sense wirral , and those who follow their page will see how much time and dedication they put into the animals they care for .  They always do their best to come to your aid when you need them and are there for the old swell as the young. They have been a lifeline recently for our wild  carneddau ponies and if it wasn't for these amazing guys our wild ponies would never have the chance to have the intensive care and rehabilitation that they Receive at horse sense with Amy and her volunteers and from the amazing vets that give their time from Leahurst Equine Hospital .

This  just giving page I have set up is to help three patients who need the most expensive procedures performing so they can lead an ongoing Pain free life .  The charity rely solely on Donations and this is a huge ask and hopefully along with other fundraising ideas we can try our best to reach our goal . we can only but try.

Jennifer and Danny our roan mare and foal  were rescued off the mountain last week in a poor state and .Jennifer is an older mare who has lived on the mountain for a long time and has old fractures that have healed with jagged edges which are slicing into her tendon sheath and leaking joint fluid . She has poor mobility and had no milk left to feed her baby . Her time has come for a happy retirement hopefully .  This operation will cost several thousand.

India the grey mare we need to raise £2000 for as she suffers from Osteochondritis Dissecans . A developmental disease that affects the cartilage and bone in the joints.nothing has been successful so far so our only option is to remove the abnormal bone and cartilage .

And lastly Charity our chestnut Mare who has an impacting additional tooth which causing pain and discomfort to her other teeth and creating a problem with being able to chew properly .

This is a mammoth expense but imagine if we could get just 500 people to donate £20 or 1000 people to donate £10 we would hit our goal and these wonderful ponies can have the help they so very need .

please share this just giving and put up posters in your places of work etc and help me draw attention to these wonderful ponies and their care givers .
