Bu farw mam yn dawel yn Ysbyty Gwynedd ar y 18fed o Gorffenaf 2015. Roedd mam angen gwasanaeth yr Ambiwlans Awyr yn y blynyddoedd diwethaf.

Mae'r Ambiwlans Awyr yn dibynnu ar gyfraniadau elusennol ag yn wasanaeth pwysig iawn yn yr ardal.

Gwerthfawrogi'r unrhyw gyfraniad tuag at yr achos.

Mum passed away peacefully at Ysbyty Gwynedd on the 18th of July 2015. She needed the service of the Wales Air ambulance in recent years and was always extremely grateful for their help.

The Wales Air Ambulance rely purely on charitable donations and is a vital service in the area.

Any donations in her memory would be greatly appreciated.
