On the 29th July, Rhiannon, Elen and Jackie will be taking part in the Cross Borders challenge. The event is a 10k road running race, starting in Gretna (Scotland) and finishing, on the northern outskirts of Carlisle (England).

This event is one of a select few cross border runs anywhere in the world - it promises to be a fantastic event that’s suitable for both the experienced and the first time 10k runner
